Days 5 & 6
Day 5: I managed to get through the three pinch pots before break, amd now they are awaiting to be kilmed. I am making some backup pots just in case my normal one blow up. It is a weird anxiety fear, but what ever. The narrow head pot has formed decently well, but it has formed into something a bit heart shaped. The cylender-like pinch pot kinda looks like an ashtray, a cylender shaped ashtray, but an ashtray none the less.

Dias Tres
For once today, the bowl I was making kinda went the way I wanted to make it. Sure it could look less like an ashtray, but screw it I'm happy that I was finally can round out the wod of clay correctly. The bowl I was working on has the scratch pattern on the inside with the japanese symbol for happiness in the center. Also the walls of the bowl are relatively the same width. Overall it was a good day. The only thing that went wrong was that the bowl kinda collasped around the base, giving it an ashtray like apperance. Other than that, everything was peachy.

First Class
Today in class, we made our first pinch pots. Although it was not a total disaster, it was not perfect. My pot was a bit lop sided and it was very hard to round the clay (at least for me), but found removing cracks very easy to me. I think I'm gonna have a good time in this class.
